We generally respond within 1–3 business days. MADA Artisans is operated by our family, and we may be creating orders, preparing for events, traveling, or working at a convention when your message arrives.
Response times may be longer during major convention weekends, holidays, product launches, and periods of high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as we are able.
Please avoid sending the same inquiry through several platforms at once, as duplicate messages can make it more difficult to track your request.
