Our Story
Where Craft Meets Fandom
Welcome to Our Workshop
Every handcrafted binder, painted miniature, engraved wood creation, resin artwork, and collector accessory begins with a shared passion in our family workshop. Step inside and discover the people, stories, and craftsmanship behind MADA Artisans.
Explore the ShopThe Story Behind Our Craft
MADA Artisans began with a simple idea: combine our family’s love of creating with our passion for collecting, gaming, and imaginative worlds. What started with handmade projects and convention displays gradually grew into a family business where every person contributes their own talents, interests, and creativity.
Today, our workshop brings together handcrafted binders, tabletop accessories, jewelry, resin art, apparel, woodworking, painted miniatures, 3D-printed creations, trading cards, and custom commissions. Some pieces begin as sketches. Others begin as conversations with customers who have been searching for something that does not yet exist.
We are collectors and hobbyists ourselves, so we understand the joy of finding the perfect piece to protect, display, personalize, or complete a collection. That personal connection shapes everything we make and select.
Meet the Family
MADA is not a warehouse or a large production company. It is a family workshop built from four different sets of talents working together.
The Heart of the Workshop
Maria (aka Mom) transforms ideas into handcrafted binders, sewn accessories, custom apparel, and personalized creations. Her care, adaptability, and willingness to bring a customer’s vision to life are at the center of many of the pieces that leave our workshop.
The Woodsmith
Lalo (aka Dad) brings patience, practical skill, and craftsmanship to our woodworking projects. His work helps turn raw materials into functional, lasting pieces designed to be enjoyed for years.
The Designer & Collector
Daisy brings together product design, collecting, artwork, branding, photography, and the online MADA experience. She is always dreaming up new collections and finding ways to celebrate the characters, stories, and hobbies our customers love.
The Maker & Tabletop Enthusiast
Abel leads much of our 3D printing, miniature work, painting, and tabletop experimentation. His love of games and model-making inspires creations designed for adventurers, collectors, and fellow hobbyists.
Meet Our Workshop Companions
Every workshop has its own stories, and ours are told through six fox companions inspired by the people who built MADA Artisans together. Each character reflects the hobbies, talents, and personalities of a member of our family—or honors those whose love and creativity continue to inspire us.
More than mascots, they are a celebration of our family history. They remind us that every collection has a story, every craft has a maker, and every adventure is better when shared.
Lupita
The Collector
Lupita is named in honor of our maternal grandmother Guadalupe, whose kindness, generosity, and love for family continue to inspire everything we create. As the guardian of treasured collections, she represents our passion for trading cards, carefully curated binders, and preserving the memories attached to every collection. Just as every card has a story, every collector deserves a place where those stories can be kept safe.
Chatita
The Game Master
Chatita is inspired by Daisy and her lifelong love of tabletop gaming, roleplaying adventures, fantasy worlds, and collecting. Whether planning the next campaign, organizing a growing card collection, or discovering a new hobby, she reminds us that imagination has the power to bring people together around the table.
Fina
The Artisan
Fina is named after our paternal grandmother Josefina, celebrating the creativity, patience, and care that shaped our family. She represents the handcrafted side of MADA Artisans—from sewn binders and resin art to custom pieces made one at a time. Every stitch, brushstroke, and handcrafted detail reflects the love that inspired her character.
Pablo
The Woodsmith
Inspired by Lalo, Pablo embodies craftsmanship, practicality, and the satisfaction of building something with your own hands. Whether it's woodworking, laser engraving, or designing sturdy displays, he reminds us that beautiful creations begin with patience, skill, and dedication.
Chatito
The Figurine Maker
Inspired by Abel, Chatito celebrates creativity through miniatures, 3D printing, painting, and model building. He represents the joy of bringing fantasy worlds to life one figure at a time, encouraging collectors and gamers to fill their shelves—and their adventures—with characters they'll never forget.
Luna
The Jeweler
Luna is inspired by Maria, whose creativity and eye for detail bring elegance to everything she makes. She represents jewelry, wearable art, and the countless finishing touches that transform handmade pieces into treasured keepsakes. Her warmth and imagination are woven into every creation.

Find Us Beyond the Workshop
While our online shop allows us to share MADA with collectors everywhere, one of our favorite parts of this journey is meeting fellow fans in person.
Throughout the year, you may find us at trading card conventions, anime events, tabletop gaming shows, and artisan markets across Texas. These events give us the opportunity to display new creations, hear your ideas, talk about our favorite hobbies, and connect with the communities that continue to inspire us.
Follow us on social media for upcoming convention announcements, new releases, workshop projects, and behind-the-scenes updates.
